Syria plan B?

The most fragile of ceasefires alongside the most cynical way to undermine the hope for peace. It would appear Washington has never really been on board with any Syrian peace process it cannot control. Having failed miserably once, the CIA is again arming so-called rebels. Is the US looking for a fight with Russia?
