The top story: On Friday, Puerto Rico failed to pay nearly a billion dollars’ worth of general obligation debt to bondholders. Ameera David has details. Then, Boom Bust’s Bianca Facchinei reports on Atlantic City, which is also trying to avoid bankruptcy. Nearly 1,000 employees at the city’s Trump Taj Mahal have gone on strike.
