Markets around the world entered a selloff on Thursday, with major indices falling hundreds of points and oil dipping below the $27 mark. Plus, NATO announced plans to send forces to the Mediterranean Sea to crack down on human smugglers who are exacerbating the growing refugee crisis. Ameera David has all of the details.
