Filibuster reform, bees, Scalia women discrimination

­As the 112th Congress began its session today numerous rule changes were proposed including those governing filibusters and the PAYGO system, many rules which seem to favor Republican legislation. Thom talks with John Nichols about how these new rule changes may affect the new body. Then, a recent study suggests that the U.S. bee population is dwindling which could have devastating effects for our nation's food supply.
