Facebook is fun and you might think it’s free, but tell that to divorce defendants who were taken to the cleaners when careless social media posts came back to haunt them. Are you exposed? And what can you do if you’re suspicious? Holland discusses this with social media expert Kristen Ruby, CEO of Ruby Media Group, and James Sexton, a divorce trial attorney, whose 1,000-plus clients’ marriages have dissolved over everything from trysts with the nanny or personal trainer to the uneven division of carpool duties and, of course, money.
