The contracts scam and the AirBNB host who racially discriminated an Asian woman

On this episode of America’s Lawyer, Mike Papantonio talks with attorney Tim O’ Brien about how businesses have been stripping American consumers of their rights with binding arbitration clauses that they tuck into their contracts. Mike then talks with Kevin Kish, director of California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing, about how racism never pays and the settlement reached to resolve the case of why an AirBNB host exercised discrimination. Then, Farron Cousins, executive editor for The Trial Lawyer Magazine, talks with Mike about the environmental groups suing Kentucky Utilities for documented pollution from a Central Kentucky coal-fired power plant.
