Puerto Rico statehood & stopping the Dakota Access Pipeline

Mike Papantonio discusses Puerto Rico’s recent vote for statehood and speaks with attorney Peter Mougey about the legal benefits and drawbacks of Puerto Rico becoming the 51st state. Mike then talks to Adam Minsky, an attorney specializing in student loans, to discuss why student loan debt has reached nearly $1.5 trillion. Mike is then joined by Farron Cousins, executive editor of The Trial Lawyer magazine, to talk about the impact of a judge’s recent ruling on the Dakota Access Pipeline. America’s Lawyer wraps up the show by highlighting an ATF sting operation that disproportionately targeted minorities.
