California’s marijuana obstacles & Dupont's Gen X nightmare

Mike Papantonio discusses Dupont’s chemical called Gen X, which has been found in the drinking water in North Carolina, and speaks with attorney Chris Paulos about the case. Mike then talks to Brigida Santos about the legal obstacles facing California’s new recreational marijuana program. Mike is then joined by Mollye Barrows, legal journalist with the Trial Lawyer Magazine, to talk about a Supreme Court decision on gender discrimination in immigration cases. America’s Lawyer wraps up the show with a look at a legal victory for a woman who alleges her son developed a spinal condition from her use of a drug called Depakote.
