Interview with Vuk Jeremic

Serbia's Foreign Minister says Belgrade will go to the International court of Justice over Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence. Vuk Jeremich spoke to RT in New York.

“We’re not going to ask countries to take one side or another side. We want everybody support us I seeking opinion from the court we all recognize – that is the International Court of Justice – whether or not this unilateral declaration of independence was in like with the international law,” he said.

Jeremic also said Belgrade will not rest until a throughout investigation is made into allegations by former chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Carla del Ponte. In her new book she accused Kosovo Liberation Army of kidnapping hundreds of ethnic Serbs and removing their vital organs to be sold on black market during the war.

“It’s an outrageous appalling crime and we will do our best to make sure that justice is served in this particular case,” the minister said.
