End of empire: Blueprint or scramble?

Royal Dutch Shell has two scenarios posited over the next 50 years. One is called Blueprint – based on global collaboration to tackle the big issues – and the other is called Scramble. Scramble is pretty much what it sounds like… it’s a mess.

So, which path are we heading down? And is it set in stone?
