Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart, Donald Trump, have spoken by phone at the American side's request, the Kremlin's press service has said. The two discussed "crisis areas, focusing on the settlement of the nuclear problem in the Korean Peninsula," as well as other "current matters of bilateral relations."
