Police rule out terrorism in blast near Kremlin

Hundreds of shoppers were evacuated within 10 minutes.

This is the second blast at the Okhotny Ryad mall in the centre of Moscow. The first took place in September 1999, when  an alleged terrorist act killed one woman and injured dozens of people.
