Paris Court postpones decision on extradition of Georgia's 'rebel minister'
The hearing of the case of former Georgian Defence Minister Irakly Okruashvili has been adjourned. The Paris Court postponed the ex-minister's extradition to Tbilisi until April 16.
Okruashvili faces charges in Georgia including bribery and abuse of office but still hopes to run as a parliamentary election candidate later this year.
He was taken into custody last September after he accused the country's President Mikhail Saakashvili of violating human rights.
