Arctic armed forces: Chechen troops perform military drills in freezing conditions (VIDEO)
Jumping out of a plane and parachuting into the Arctic isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's all in a day's work for Chechen special forces. GoPro and drone footage shows troops practicing drills in freezing temperatures.
The footage begins as the troops fearlessly jump out of an airplane, parachuting down into powdery white snow.
The soldiers are then seen marching through the snow with their weapons, completing a set of military drills.
And while it appears a little Arctic cold isn't enough to deter the troops, the footage certainly makes the rest of us grateful for the comfort of the indoors.
