Students rallied against sexual harassment in the Chilean capital of Santiago on Tuesday, prompted by alleged sexual assaults by staff at the University of Santiago. Youth activists lit torches and burned an effigy symbolizing men who assault and harass women. Police had to deploy water cannon against the protesters after the students hurled torches at a police vehicle. Several arrests were made.
