Hundreds of people rallied in downtown Naples on Saturday protesting the G7 meeting of Interior Ministers, which had been held on the Italian island of Ischia on October 19-20. Demonstrators marched holding signs and banners criticizing the G7 summit and Italian Interior Minister Marco Minniti in particular. The ministers met to discuss, among other things, a possible influx of foreign fighters to Europe following the impending defeat of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS, ISIL) in parts of the Middle East.
