Fiery clashes with police in South Africa as fishermen rally over quota cuts

On Tuesday dozens of South Africans clashed with police while rallying against future fishing quota cuts in Hout Bay harbor, some twenty kilometers south of Cape Town. People were seen throwing Molotov cocktails and setting barricades against law enforcement officers and their armored vehicles. Police responded by firing shots.
