On Tuesday police forcibly removed protesting employees of the GM&S auto-supplier factory after the workers had blocked the exit of trucks outside the car facility PSA Poissy Plant in central France. The peaceful demonstration was held in an attempt to meet the automaker management to call on them not to close its site. Auto parts supply company GM&S Industry is the second-biggest employer in the Creuse district of central France. It was previously selling its products to PSA and Renault, which want to close the plant.
