Syrian Arab Army (SAA) fighters reportedly recaptured the village of Maardis in northern Hama on Monday, after several hours of heavy fighting. Government forces reportedly targeted militants belonging to the Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham positions in the village. The village was captured by militants during a counter-offensive in the Northern Hama Plain last week.
