Thousands of people gathered in Moscow’s Red Square on Thursday, to express their condolences and solidarity with those affected by Monday’s Metro terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, which claimed the lives of 14 people and left about 50 people injured. People laid red flowers at the Leningrad monument of the Russian Hero Cities memorial along the Kremlin Wall. Similar events took place in other Russian cities on Thursday.
