Around 200 protesters took to the streets of Montreal, Canada to demonstrate against police brutality on Wednesday as a part of 'The International Day against Police Violence.' Tensions heightened when protesters shot fireworks and kicked a police car. Police officers tried to block off various protest routes to contain the demonstration. Security forces intervened shortly after protesters began shooting fireworks at the police and the media on the scene, but nobody was arrested.
