Teachers strike for 2 days, call for higher pay in Argentina

More than 30,000 citizens took to the streets of Buenos Aires during a two-day national strike against low wages and rising inflation on Monday. Thousands of teachers marched towards the Congress and to the ministry of education. Argentine Minister of Education Esteban Bullrich decided not to convene the National Teaching Committee to reconsider the salary policy.
