The world famous Alexandrov Ensemble of the Russian Armed Forces performed in Moscow’s Central Soviet Army Theatre on Thursday. This is the first performance since 64 members died in the Tu-154 plane crash in December.

The newly re-formed choir and dance ensemble performed after less than three weeks of rehearsals. The choir’s repertoire includes Kalinka and Katyusha, among other classics. The Moscow performance was the first stop in an international tour of Europe, including stops in Russia, France, and the Czech Republic.
