Stormy weather causes flooding in German city

Storm Axel caused flooding in the northern German city of Lubeck, as well as along the country's Baltic Sea coast on Wednesday. The city streets were submerged in 40cm (16 inch) deep water, and eight cars had to be pulled from flooded areas, according to local media.
