The second World Nomad Games kicked off in the Kyrgyz city of Cholpon-Ata on Saturday. Some 10,000 people attended the opening ceremony, including special guest Steven Seagal. The games will run until September 8, and athletes from over 40 countries are expected to compete in the tournament. The first ever World Nomad Games were held in September 2014, and gathered more than 400 athletes from 19 countries, who competed in events such as wrestling and horse riding.
