The eastern Argentinian town of Villa Paranacito resembles an Italian Venice as flood water continues to cover the area after more than four months. The town is in the Parana Delta, and the locals have been forced to adapt to the periodic flooding. People have had to replace cars with canoes to continue their daily routine and to construct houses with higher floors so that flood waters can’t reach them.
