Buddhist monks mark full moon festival in Thailand

Thousands of Buddhist monks led a lantern-lit ceremony at the Wat Phra Dhammakaya temple in the north of Bangkok on Monday, to mark Makha Bucha Day.
The full moon festival Makha Bucha Day, also known as Lord Buddha Day, is a public holiday observed in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. It is an important religious festival held in honour of Buddha.
