Typhoon Koppu wreaks havoc on Northen Philippines

Thousands residents of Maddela and Cabanatuan, in the north of the Philippines, battled heavy floods on Sunday after Typhoon Koppu battered the regions. The typhoon made landfall early on Sunday morning, wreaking havoc on local infrastructure in the coastal province of Aurora, cutting off roads and communications to three towns in the area.
