Japanese unmanned cargo spacecraft with 12 mice on board takes off to ISS

Japanese cargo spacecraft HTV-5 spacecraft ‘Kounotori 5’ (White Torch 5) was finally launched from Tanegashima Space Center in southern Japan, Wednesday, after delays due to unfavorable weather. The only passengers of the robotic rocket are 12 mice, which will arrive at the International Space Station (ISS) alongside tons of vital supplies and experimental equipment in five days.
