Crew on the Coast Guard Cutter Stratton offloaded one of the largest lots of cocaine in US history, amounting to 66,000lb (28,937kg) and with a street-value of over $1 billion in San Diego on Tuesday. It took the crew around four hours to offload the drugs. The incident is not new for the Cutter Stratton, as it has dealt with 23 drug-smuggling attempts in just two months.
