Colombia’s capital Bogota held a military parade on Monday hours after FARC (the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) began their unilateral ceasefire. "The challenge of achieving peace still looms large," President Juan Manuel Santos said at the parade, AFP reported. Colombia has gone through a long conflict with FARC, which over five decades has claimed the lives of around 200,000 people.
