A Unionist march that heated up Belfast streets on Monday to celebrate the anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne finished with injuries to eight police officers and with one teenager run over by car and hospitalized. Pro-UK Unionist community supporters threw heavy objects at police after they weren‘t been allowed to march down a road, forcing officers to use water cannon and rubber bullets. The stand-off continued till night, when protesters burnt dustbins.
