Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Tel Aviv on Saturday to rally against the Israeli government's plans to let an American-Israeli energy group keep control of two of the country's major natural gas deposits. Protesters were chanting such slogans as "This gas is for all of us" and carrying signs depicting Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a pirate. The activists demanded lower gas prices and called for an end to the deal, which will let America's Noble Energy and Israel's Delek Group have access to Israel's Tamar and Leviathan offshore reserves.
