Thousands of red tuna crabs appeared on China Cove Beach in California, on Tuesday, coloring the coastline a distinct red. An El Nino-style weather pattern may allegedly have pushed the crabs away from their usual habitat. The same species, usually found in warmer climates including Mexican waters, washed up on beaches in San Diego a few weeks ago.
