Police evicted about 400 migrants from a make-shift camp on bridge between La Chapelle and Barbes-Rochechouart metro stations, near the Paris' Gard du Nord railway station, Tuesday. The migrants are believed to be mainly from Sudan and Eritrea, and are being moved to official migrant shelters in other parts of Paris. The police blocked the protesters as they tried to prevent the bus from reaching site. Bulldozers removed the tents and other left possessions and cleaning the pathways using pressure washers.
