Saudi-led airstrikes hit Sanaa on Tuesday, targeting forces loyal to ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh. The strikes come after the expiration of a five-day ceasefire that was set to let humanitarian aid to be brought into Yemen.

According to UN figures, some 300,000 civilians have been displaced during the conflict, with 27,000 people of various nationalities fleeing Yemen since the Saudi-led bombing campaign started more than seven weeks ago.
