Icebreakers and tugboats performed a 'waltz' on the Neva River near St. Petersburg as part of this year's Icebreakers Festival on Sunday. The two-day festival has been organized to honor the Arctic Convoys that delivered supplies to the Soviet Union and its allies during World War II. The four icebreakers that took part in the event are currently active in securing shipping routes in the Arctic Ocean.
