Police dashcam captures deadly shooting at Arizona Walmart

Cottonwood Police released a video of a violent encounter, which shows how the confrontation unfolded on March 21, after officers were called about a Wal-Mart employee being shoved inside the store by a family member. The brawl broke out outside the store after police tried to separate the family members for questioning while they investigated the incident. Enoch Gaver, 21, was killed in the confrontation, 28-year-old David Gaver was shot in the abdomen but has since been released from hospital, and Police Sergeant Jeremy Daniels sustained a gunshot wound. Another Wal-Mart employee who tried to help suffered a broken arm.

Police arrested 55-year-old Peter Gaver, 52-year-old Ruth Gaver, 27-year-old Nathan Gaver, and 29-year-old Jeremiah Gaver on various charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and hindering prosecution.
