Aerial footage of heavy flooding in Brazil
Rain caused heavy flooding in parts of Sao Paulo in Brazil on Wednesday. Sao Paulo, the most populous city in Brazil, has a poor drainage system, causing the city to flood frequently.
Aerial footage showed floating cars and heavy currents taking over streets, houses and covering entire neighborhoods. A bus full of passengers was stuck in the floodwaters and unable to move. The flooding affected train lines taking commuters home from work, forcing people to get off the train and walk home. Many residents tied their cars around lampposts to stop them being swept away. No one was reported injured in Wednesday's flooding.
