Frozen tanks & rockets: WWII remembered in ice

WWII tanks have occupied the Russian city of Yekaterinburg – in the form of ice sculptures. Local residents visited a park lit up frozen airplanes, tanks, and even Katyusha rocket launchers. The icy wartime memorials were created by various teams of sculptors from Russia, Japan, Poland and Bulgaria in just two weeks.
