Russia can be regional financial center.
The Head of Federal Financial Markets Service Vladimir Milovidov says Russia meets all the requirements to become a regional financial center.
We occupy time zones that virtually nobody occupies now in the sense of stock trading. We, of course, compete with such regional financial centers as Dubai, which is almost in the same time zone as Moscow. But what counts most is that we have a potential of investment tools, such as the shares of Russian companies, which can and must be traded on the Russian market.
