Charleston massacre shooter faces family of victims in court
Prosecutors officially charged Dylann Storm Roof, the suspected shooter in Wednesday night’s massacre at a Charleston, SC church, with nine counts of murder. Appearing in court via video link, the 21-year-old heard emotional remarks from family members of his victims, and learned of his $1 million bond set by the judge.
