Protesters showing solidarity with the community of Ferguson, Mo. marched in Washington, DC and New York City over the weekend and into Monday, staging “die-ins” and walkouts to demonstrate against police brutality. RT’s Ameera David has more from Washington.

Darren Wilson is no longer a member of the Ferguson, Mo. police department, but he may not be out of legal hot water just yet. Although the grand jury investigating Wilson’s shooting of African-American teenager Michael Brown declined to indict the officer, he may still face civil charges. Civil rights attorney Patrice Sulton explains to RT’s Ben Swann.
