Human Rights Watch claims the Ukrainian military has been using cluster munitions in the eastern city of Donetsk. Although the government in Kiev denies using such weapons, the international monitoring organization used evidence from a variety of sources in compiling its report, confirming the use of the deadly devices that are banned in over 100 countries.
