The other half of that video shows two women taking off their expensive shoes and preparing to wade across the street, when a Good Samaritan stops his car, gets out, and carries one of them across. I suppose he went back for the other, after the waveboarder went by a couple of times. Great video. Has the St Pete government improved the storm drains at all? :)
