A Russian wakeboarder making the best of a rainy day and a very wet street with his friends has been caught on camera in St. Petersburg.
The other half of that video shows two women taking off their expensive shoes and preparing to wade across the street, when a Good Samaritan stops his car, gets out, and carries one of them across. I suppose he went back for the other, after the waveboarder went by a couple of times. Great video. Has the St Pete government improved the storm drains at all? :)
