The Olympic Committee of Russia has launched a contest for the future mascot of the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games.

Who the hell does this reporter think he is?!? It might be an OK cartoon, but he is not even Russian. Why would he even think this was funny? That blob is nothing compared to Cheburashka! Down with Seanchik... let the real Russian's pick our own mascot.
I think Leonidas Van Rook should be the mascot of the 2014 games, he's a fallen hero, but he looks derserving of it.
They definitely don't want to make the mistake our people did for Atlanta, where they not only welcomed outside contributions, but also decided on the worst Olympic mascot ever, Whatizit (Izzy).
Let professionals do it! Everybody understands that this attempt to create a symbolic link between a democratically chosen mascot and what is supposed to be a democratic Russia is just a symbolic link, which has nothing to do with reality.
I think Seanchik is cute!!! Did the reporter really draw the cartoon? I think the drawing looks like the reporter too! It should win... Yay Seanchik!
