Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel and his team-mate Mark Webber have claimed a one-two triumph in a water-logged Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai on Sunday.

It has taken Red Bull Racing four years and 75 races to get there, but when they finally did it, they did so in style.

The young German gave the Toro Rosso team its first ever win in the sport last season, and has now done likewise for their sister outfit.

Vettel started from pole and led the event, which started behind a Safety Car because of a drenched track, exclusively throughout.

So Vettel took the chequered flag ahead of Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber, while Brawn’s Jenson Button came home third with his team-mate Rubens Barrichello just behind him.

Despite ending up third, Jenson Button continues to lead the pack in overall season standings.
