Russia crowned hockey World Champions again

They've done it again! Russia won the Ice Hockey World Championships for the second year in a row, beating principal rivals Canada 2-1 in the finals in Bern, Switzerland on Sunday night.

After winning it's second consecutive World Championship beating Canada in the final, Russia took over first position in the IIHF World Ranking. But does this really mean the beginning of the new Red Machine era?

As a immigrant to Canada, with a Canadian father, I'm proud or Russia's performance. Canada has been too cheeky since Greatzgy, time for the youth to take over!
