Spalletti to stay at Zenit for 2 more years

Italian specialist, Luciano Spalletti, says he has reached an agreement to prolong his deal with Russian football champions, Zenit St. Petersburg, until the end of the 2013/14 season.
“I’m staying with Zenit for two more years,” Spalletti told Italian ANSA news agency. “I feel great at this club. They even allowed me to make several mistakes.”
“And as for ending my career, I want to do it with Fiorentina,” the coach, who currently on holidays in Florence, added.
Spalletti has been in charge of Zenit since 2009, winning the Russian league and Cup as well as leading the club to their first ever qualification for the Champions League playoffs.
Recent reports in the Italian media claimed the 52-year-old was being targeted by Inter Milan and was close to leaving St. Petersburg.
