Russia does not need to please the financial folly of oligarchs who want to impress their western colleagues. She needs to develop football at local level; increase the registered players' number and districts' championship. During my three months stay in the Orenburg-region, even considering the harsh weather, I did not see many football fields and many kids playing the game. Do you wish to have in the near future a national team looking like our mediocre French team. Best Regards... Jean-Claude Meslin
